Hello, 
This is Steven Caldwell. I am writing this letter to you in hopes 
that you will post it on your website to protect your visitors who are 
currently bidding on the yahoo website. There is a criminal on Yahoo right 
now named dmustaine83 who has ripped over 36 people in the month of Feburary 
off. His estimated total was over $1000. It started, to my knowledge, over 
a month ago at E-bay. He was listed under the name Aimyoshi10 and had various 
Nirvana and Metallica cd's listed. I got involved when I placed a bid for 
$100.00 for a Outcesticide box set. Unfortunately, I won the auction, and 
sent him $108.00. (the extra eight was shipping and handling) Two weeks after 
the money was sent I continued to wait, as I began to get email from different 
people asking me if I had ever received my music. I told them no, and they advised 
me I never would. So I called Yoshi Nakyahama and he said he was being given a bad 
rep, and he would be sending me my music. That was 3 weeks ago, and I have been ripped off. 
He is at Yahoo now doing the same old routine. All 36 of us have come together to try 
to get the most exposure to this as we can. I am personally emailing everyone who 
is biiding to let them know this guy is a fraud. Please post this notice on your 
site to protect innocent bidders. We have even went to the extent of contacting
