Courtney's reps deny intent of selling Nirvana catalogue rights

Contacted by Entertainment Weekly, Courtney Love's representatives denied the Cobain window's alleged intent of selling her 75% stake in the Nirvana song catalogue to global investment firm Oaktree Capital, for $162 million - a story that made the rounds the past few weeks.

In 2006, Courtney sold 25% of her share of the bandís publishing rights to Larry Mestal, a former Virgin Records executive, for $50 million.
