House that hosted first Nirvana concert is for sale

A house located at 17 Nussbaum road in Raymond, Washington (USA) is now up for sale. The house paid host to the first show Nirvana ever played back in March of 1987. A recording of the show was available on this site a few years ago, and a cover of "Heartbreaker" from the show was put on the 2004 Nirvana box set, With The Lights Out.

"This adorable little house is located on a 70 X 80' lot in the Willapa Valley, a nice rural farming community in the state of Washington. Located 50 miles west of the I-5 corridor, 20 miles form the Pacific Ocean and within 200 yards of the willapa river, which is famous for salmon and steel head.
