Nirvana song licensed for use in advertising
From the Australian Undercover: "Nirvana's Breed will be the first song from their catalogue to be used in advertising. Finance site Portfolio reports that Primary Wave [who acquired 25% of the rights to the Nirvana catalogue] have sold use of the track for an Austrian telecom ad, the videogame 'Major League Baseball 2K7', and the movie 'Shoot 'Em Up'."
